What this website collects

This website does not collect personal information. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The website itself sets no cookies. The fonts and images come from this website, not from other companies.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, so it can run and protect the site. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Maps

The home page and the office pages show Google maps of our offices. The map loads from Google when you scroll to it. Google can then set cookies and collect information under theGoogle privacy policy.

Booking through Jane

When you select a Book button, you go to Jane, the booking and records system that we use. Jane collects the information needed for your appointment. Our clinical privacy policy, which we give you at intake, and Jane’s own privacy policy cover that information.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use your details only to reply to you. Ordinary email is not fully secure. Please do not send health details by email.
