Low-cost counselling

Cost should not be the reason you wait. There are two ways to pay less: see one of our supervised interns, or ask about our sliding scale.

Sessions with a supervised intern

Individual session
from $75
Couples or family session
from $110

Our interns are in the last stage of a master’s program in counselling or psychotherapy. A senior clinician supervises their work closely.

Sliding scale

If a standard rate is out of reach, tell your therapist at the free consultation, or contact us. We will work out a rate with you. You do not need to show proof of income.
