I am an intern counsellor completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology under clinical supervision. My background includes over two years as a support worker in a trauma-informed setting, where I worked directly with individuals experiencing mild to severe mental health challenges. That experience gave me a real and grounded understanding of what people need to feel heard and supported, and it is something I carry into every session. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach and believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most important parts of the work. I think change is possible for everyone, and I am here to support that process at whatever pace feels right for you.
