I offer a warm and non-judgemental approach where clients can feel supported, heard, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients and maintain curiosity, compassion, and respect for everyone’s unique experience. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, self-worth, like transitions, and relationships. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping an open mind and tailoring sessions to the unique needs of each individual. Meaningful change happens through alliance and incremental steps towards growth. I am happy to support you in building on your strengths, furthering clarity, and helping create a life that aligns with your values.
