Psychotherapist in training (Qualifying)
Location: Online sessions in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan
My work as a student therapist is grounded in the belief that people are shaped by their unique experiences yet are not defined by them. I aim to create a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what they are going through without fear of judgment. I approach therapy with openness, respect and genuine curiosity, recognizing that each person’s story carries meaning, resilience, and potential for change.
I support individuals navigating relationship challenges, adapting to change, or exploring their sense of self and identity. I value balance in life and believe that emotional well-being is closely connected to our daily routines, relationships, and sense of purpose. In our work together, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship while helping clients develop practical steps toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
