I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who supports individuals, couples, and families in navigating life transitions, strengthening emotional wellbeing, and developing lasting coping skills. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, combining empathy with practical, evidence-informed strategies.
I work with concerns such as anxiety and stress, depression, trauma-related challenges, relationship difficulties, and issues related to identity and self-esteem. Drawing from a range of goal-oriented and integrative methods, I tailor each session to align with your unique needs, preferences, and lived experiences.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. In our work together, you can expect a warm, respectful environment, thoughtful structure, and a clear sense of direction. We will move at a pace that honours your goals, your story, and your resilience.
Areas of Practice: Anxiety, Depression, Behavioural Issues, trauma-related challenges, emotional regulation, ADHD, Relationship challenges, Identity and Self-Esteem issues, Stress Management, and Family Counselling.
