“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” — Carl Rogers
I came into this work through my own experiences with anxiety, self-worth, relationships, and navigating pressure and expectations. I know how frustrating it can feel to be stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, and how powerful it is when things finally start to click.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in curiosity. My focus is on helping you understand not just what is happening, but why. A lot of what we struggle with are learned responses, ways of coping that once made sense, but no longer serve us in the same way. I’m real in the room. I won’t overcomplicate things, but I also won’t ignore the deeper patterns.
If something is keeping you stuck, we’ll gently name it and work through it together. This is not about blaming yourself or others, but about understanding the impact of your experiences and how they show up in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today. From there, we work at your pace to build awareness, strengthen regulation, and create meaningful shifts. Underneath the anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt, there is still a version of you that feels grounded and capable. Therapy is about reconnecting with that, not fixing you, but helping you feel more like yourself again.
