“Change begins when we feel safe enough to listen to what our body and our story are trying to tell us.”
I offer a calm, grounded, and collaborative therapeutic space for adults seeking meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, emphasizing nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and practical skill development.
Therapy may involve working with the body to build stability, exploring patterns and stories that shape your experience, and developing tools to navigate stress, anxiety, and relationships.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating addiction concerns and major relationship transitions, including separation and divorce.
Alongside my counselling training, I bring a background as a functional health clinical pharmacist, which informs my understanding of how stress, sleep, physiology, medications, and lifestyle factors interact with mental health.
