About
Online: Ontario
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapeutic space and work with a deep commitment to each client’s unique process. I specialize in mood and personality disorders and offer spiritually integrative therapy that honours both psychological and existential dimensions of healing. While I do not currently provide couples or family therapy, my work is strongly informed by family systems theory, recognizing the relational contexts that shape our experiences. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care and am currently completing graduate studies in Developmental Psychology. I support individuals across the lifespan, particularly those feeling stuck or seeking meaningful change, healing, and growth. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, emphasising safety, collaboration, and respect for each client’s pace.
