I strive to create an inclusive, safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental environment, where you can feel comfortable sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings. I believe in working collaboratively with you as we explore links between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My goal is to empower you to gain self-awareness, increase resiliency, develop positive coping skills, and confidence wherever your personal journey leads.

I take an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy by addressing the mind and the body, utilizing mindfulness interventions, encouraging lifestyle changes, and other relevant exercises. My passion for psychology started within the forensic field and has fostered my enthusiasm for growth and learning. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, curious, and rooted primarily within Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy.

My personal mental health journey, life experience, and education have inspired me to help others who struggle to cope with life stressors, endured personal or workplace trauma, and survived the tough times. I value honesty, and authenticity, the companionship of animals and the outdoors. I welcome the opportunity to help you make positive changes that are both attainable and sustainable.
