“What you seek is seeking you.” – Rumi
I am passionate about offering an authentic, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where clients can explore their inner worlds without fear of judgment. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one that invites both reflection and action—and I strive to meet clients where they are emotionally, culturally, and developmentally.
My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, shaped by the unique story and strengths of each client. Whether we are addressing anxiety, trauma, identity struggles, or relationship challenges, I work to foster a therapeutic alliance built on curiosity, trust, and care. I am especially attuned to the experiences of individuals navigating intergenerational stress, cultural disconnection, or feelings of not belonging.
