Hi I’m Zahrah! I approach therapy with compassion and a firm belief that everyone should have access to mental health support. My passion lies in supporting individuals through their unique journeys, helping them find balance, confidence, and clarity amid life’s challenges. With the experience I have working with children, I am passionate about helping them build emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy life skills. I also enjoy working with adults navigating life stress and transitions, including challenges with work–life balance, relationships and school. My approach is person-centred, culturally sensitive, and collaborative. Having seen firsthand the ways that culture and identity can shape mental health, I strive to hold space for each client’s lived experience with curiosity and respect. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey and together we can navigate life’s challenges and rediscover a sense of balance and confidence.
